Was this the same camera team who covered the “rescue of the little blond girl-soldier” pfc Jessica Lynch, who was wounded on the first day of the invasion of Iraq?
Lynch, along with major media outlets, fault the U.S. government for creating the story as part of the Pentagon’s Propaganda effort.

(LONDON) – An image apparently showing a dead Osama bin Laden broadcast on Pakistani television and picked up by British newspaper websites is a fake.
The bloodied image of a man with matted hair and a blank, half-opened eye has been circulating on the internet for the past two years.
It was used on the front pages of the Mail, Times, Telegraph, Sun and Mirror websites, though swiftly removed after the fake was exposed on Twitter.
It appears the fake picture was initially published by the Middle East online newspaper themedialine.org on 29 April 2009, with a warning from the editor that it was “unable to ascertain whether the photo is genuine or not”.
Since then, however, the image has been claimed as genuine on a number of conspiracy forums and used to substantiate claims that the terrorist responsible for the 9/11 bombings had been killed.
The Guardian was one of the few sites to hold back from using the manipulated image on its front page, reporting the picture’s existence in its live blog but questioning its legitimacy.
The Daily Mail was one of the newspaper websites to publish the fake picture of Osama bin Laden’s body.
The image is based on a genuine photograph of Bin Laden taken in 1998 and used by the Reuters news agency.
A composite including the other photograph used to make the image was quickly posted on Twitter, and a number of users showed how easy it was to find the image already online with a simple search.
• This article was amended on 3 May 2011. The username of a Tweeter was deleted from the final sentence of the piece and a link to the composite removed as the image was no longer available on Twitter.

On Monday morning, C Span had a very uncharacteristic, red-lettered banner across its opening page: BREAKING NEW: ObL Killed. Below the red banner was photo, taken at night, of young people in front of the White House, many holding American flags, all with jubilant expressions on their faces. The crowd was almost exclusively white, college-age. One girl was hoisted atop someone’s shoulders, held an American flag with a circle of stars, and wore a black sweatshirt with the white and gold letters “AE(Pi)”. The Pi was partially obscured; it is reasonable to deduce that the obscured letter was Pi. AEPi is a Jewish fraternity; it has a chapter at University of Maryland. Advancing Israel is a core mission of AEPi.
–Question: how is it that a crowd of college age people formed, in the wee hours of the morning on a Monday morning in Washington, spontaneously? SPONTANEOUSLY?? Really?
The described photo was on C Span’s site from about 7:00 am until sometime before 1:55 pm, when the red banner and the photo had disappeared.
However, Huffington Post and NPR picked up the theme: young people had gathered in pre-dawn hours to celebrate the death of ObL. HuffPo went out of its way to spotlight Catholics:
“A group of students mostly hailing from Catholic University led a crowd at the White House early Monday morning in a rendition of the national anthem followed, naturally, by Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the USA.” Most of the students were in fifth grade on 9/11, Amy Tyburski, 19, a Catholic student, told HuffPost. She was joined by Catholic classmates Greer Skinner, Gina McLaughlin, Helen Campbell, Maggie Burke, Maura Barnes and Hope Linthicum, whose father was at the Pentagon on 9/11.”
According to the HuffPo article, “several thousand rally-ready Americans” gathered in DC, but the only ones associated with a religious group were Catholics. Curious. Curious that while C Span found, posted, then removed a photo indicating that at least some Jewish-affiliated people were in the crowd, HuffPo didn’t see or post the same photo.
And by the way, how did those people become “rally ready?”
NPR published the same photo as Huffpo with its interview of several Catholic persons who reflected on the inappropriateness of celebrating someone’s death.
Some large Jewish websites have posted multiple items registering their distress that the death of ObL was greeted with celebratory glee by young Americans. But, those same websites have moderated out of existence the fact that a Jewish fraternity was among the revelers in DC. Curious.
Here’s what I think: The most recent killing of ObL was a deliberate scheme to incite the perception of the inevitability of retaliation, as a precursor to the false flag that will lead inexorably to war on Iran. American crowds celebrating another humiliation of Muslims were photographed and spread all over the media, and the onus for this tribal behavior, America’s very own Color Revolt, was pinned to Catholics, and Jews were no where in sight — once C Span took down its ooops photo.
Walter Tarpley has said that Pakistan is the target, and that US seeks to sever China-Libya/Africa and China-Pakistan ties, but, in a manner similar to the run-up to the Iraq war, Israel has its own agenda, and as Avigail Abarbanel has reported, Israel is “orgasmic” with the determination to destroy Iran. Eliot Engel’s comments on C Span hit the Iran button at least three times, while referencing the holocaust only once — Iran is 3X as important to zionists; the zionist agenda is to force the US to bomb or invade Iran for the sake of Israel.
Americans are “spontaneously” celebrating the death of ObL, reveling in USA, and grateful for “US military that protects you while you sleep:”
