Seems to me the suggestion is the Norway shooter was supposed to have been Jack Rubied, but somebody slipped up.

If that's the case, it's not at all far-fetched to speculate that a string of "incidents" were to have occurred to clear Europe of inconvenient truthtellers — like Dan Jowenko.

Its close, but its also a simpler side with this situation, the use of tools.
